What data is processed

Only what you enter yourself: full name, phone number, email address, the subject you select and whatever you write in the message field. For a franchise application, also the city you are interested in, your investment range and your retail experience, if any.

The forms do not ask for identity numbers, financial details or special categories of personal data. Such information is collected only if matters reach the contract stage, in person and under separate consent.

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5/2-(c) of the Law, where it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; Article 5/2-(ç), compliance with a legal obligation; and Article 5/2-(f), legitimate interest. Where none of these apply, it is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give in the form.

Who it is shared with

Your enquiry is passed to the responsible team at the relevant group brand. Beyond that, data is shared with our hosting and email providers where technically necessary, and with public authorities only where legally required. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long it is kept

If your application is unsuccessful, the records are deleted or anonymised after [retention period]. Where a contract is concluded, the limitation and retention periods set by the relevant legislation apply.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to request correction where it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met; to require that such action be notified to third parties the data was transferred to; to object to a result reached against you solely through automated analysis; and to claim compensation for any loss you suffer.
